「玉蘭艾草粿、菜包」在鳯林地區可說是無人不知，無人不曉，艾草粿是以精選糯米，磨漿汁壓乾，再和以煮熟的艾草，揉製成外皮，包入新鮮蘿蔔絲，放在柚子葉上蒸至艾草香和柚香飄送四方。

Yu Lan Hakka Rice Food
「Yu Lan herb sticky cake、dumpling of vegetable filling」are well known in funglin area.
The herb sticky cake is made from selected sticky rice and herb. Mixture of grounded rice powder and cooked herb makes the coating, and fresh radish threads stuffed inside.
Finished cakes are steamed on pomelo leaf pads till the air is full of the fragrance of herb and pomelo leaves.
